Efficient management of corrective actions forms the core of our system. All corrective actions are recorded in this module and assigned an owner. The system promptly notifies the owner of any outstanding corrective actions and monitors their due dates. Owners can access the system to provide their follow-up actions.
Upon submission of the corrective action request for closure, the compliance monitoring manager is notified. This manager can then access the system to approve the closure. If necessary, the accountable manager can also provide his approval subsequently.
The status printing feature enables the effortless creation of closure reports in PDF format. This facilitates sharing with external parties when necessary. With a simple click on the "closure report" function, the closure report along with all attachments can be promptly dispatched.
